Hey everyone!
Just wanted to say that my bat mitzvah weekend is over. It was TONS of fun and I am SO grateful to all of those who helped out!
But don't worry; I am keeping the blog going because we all know that there is ALWAYS more that we can do.

Loved the weekend, love the blog.
ReplyDeleteSomething I noticed from your Torah portion: Joseph took (taxed) 30% of the people's grain during the good years, but didn't return it to them in the bad years. He sold it to them. And when they ran out of money, he traded it to them for their livesstock. And when they ran out of livestock, he took their land in payment. At the end of the second seven years, Pharoah owned everything and all the people - Egyptians and Jews - were his slaves.
Moral: Do it yourself; don't ask the government to do it for you.
Just as you did are are doing.
